The Apartment 70/80 it is a designer project aimed on apartment culture and apartment design of Czechoslovakia of the 7O's and 80's, which constitutes a phenomenon, which on one hand evokes a claustrophobic side of our history, but also still constitutes a constituent of many households, while it is coming also into the scientific interest. The main goal of the project, with the help of survey of apartment culture and furniture design of last decades of the period of socialism in CS and its following presentation in the form of a exhibition, was to underscore existing material inheritance and additionally use its potential in the creation of contemporary furniture pieces and accessories inspired by given topic.
